Regular priced merchandise in its original, undamaged, and unused condition, with its original tags and packaging, may be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days of the order date. All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment email or packing slip.
Ada’s Golf Boutique does not give price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
The cost of shipping return items will be covered by the customer. The price of a return shipment within Canada will be deducted off the refunded amount by Ada’s Golf Boutique once the package is received. Canadian customers will be provided a Canada Post prepaid return label and this must be clearly affixed to the outside of the return shipment.
Returns coming from the United States will be covered by the customer. United States customers must ship their returns back using UPS or Fedex and we recommend adding tracking/insurance to ensure full refund. The return request email, shipment email, or packing slip must be included inside the package with the merchandise being returned. Please keep the return tracking number for your records. Refunds will not be processed until the merchandise is received by Ada’s Golf Boutique in accordance with our Return Policy.
Once Ada’s Golf Boutique receives your return and determines that it complies with this Online Return Policy, we will refund the cost of your merchandise (plus applicable taxes), deducting the return shipment cost (for Canadian customers), to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 business days from the receipt of your return for processing and up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card.
Ada’s Golf Boutique will not be liable for any returns received that do not comply with the return requirements. Returns that do not comply with the return requirements will be sent back to the original shipping address on the order. If this package remains unclaimed, we will not issue a refund. Any additional shipping of this product will be at the purchaser’s expense.

- Canadian Customers: Once you submit your return request please allow up to 2 business days to receive a Canada Post prepaid return label from email@example.com.
- Enclose in the return package your return request email, shipment email, or packing slip and the merchandise.
- Pack items safely, tape the shipping label to the outside of the package, and seal with strong tape.
- Mark your address in the return shipping section of the mailer and retain the tracking number for your records.
- Take your package to your nearest Canada Post drop off location. Or if you're sending from the United States, drop at a UPS or Fedex location.
Subject to item availability, item(s) purchased on goshopada.com may be exchanged. Simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject as “Exchange” with your Order Number. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to reserve your new size immediately to ensure stock.
Merchandise exchanged or returned must be in accordance with Ada’s Golf Boutique Online Return Policy. The cost of shipping exchange items will be covered by Ada’s Golf Boutique.
Online gift orders may be returned. Merchandise received as a gift must be in accordance with Ada’s Golf Boutique Online Return Policy and will require an order number, packing slip, or shipping confirmation as proof of purchase.
Online gift orders returned by mail will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
During busy times, some items may not be available due to multiple orders being placed within a short time frame. Occasionally, some items are unavailable due to variances in our inventory. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will notify you and ship all available items.
